There's a secret sale going on at Bambu Lab right now - and our top-performing 3D printer is currently discounted. Head to the site's Sale section, and you won't find it. But head into the Printer section and you'll be rewarded with deals on some of our favorite 3D printers.
The Bambu Lab H2D AMS Combo is now $1999 (was $2299) in the sale. Meanwhile, in the UK, the price of the H2D has dropped to £1649 (was £1849).
When our 3D printing expert Alastair tested out this machine, he found the prints matched and in some cases exceeded the quality of more expensive machines. For example, he noted "even for everyday use, as a 3D printer, the H2D performs well beyond the capabilities of the X1 Carbon, no doubt in part due to the new AMS."
But it's not the only 3D printer we've tested that's discounted over at Bambu Lab, which also includes a deal on the beginner-friendly budget 3D printer the Bambu Lab A1. I've listed them all below, alongside links to our reviews.
Top 3D printer deal
The Bambu Lab H2D was dubbed "one of the most impressive 3D printers on the market" in Alastair's review. It's fast, accurate, and versatile thanks to support for multiple AMS systems.
Throughout Alastair's testing, print quality proved exceptionally good. Dimensional accuracy is exceptional here. But what really stood out when using this 3D printer was the reliability.
In his Bambu Lab H2D review, he said, "even with complex materials like TPU and CF over long prints, the machine ran without a hitch."
For crafters, I'd recommend upgrading to the Full Laser Combo deal here. It couples this impressive 3D printer with a laser (10W and 40W are available) and a cutter/plotter. Effectively, that transforms it into a dedicated all-in-one machine for crafting.
Switching between these different modes proved to be "fast and intuitive" during testing, deploying a quick release mechanism for quickly changing between each tool head.
But even with just the AMS Combo, the H2D is a machine worth checking out, considering it tops Alastair's list of the best 3D printers, based on comprehensive testing of over 50 different machines from Bambu Lab, Creality, Elegoo, and Prusa.
More Bambu Lab 3D printer deals
This 5-star 3D printer delivered "exceptional build quality and advanced features, it strikes a perfect balance, catering to a wide range of users from beginners to professionals," in Alastair's in-depth review.
Earning the full 5 stars in his review, Alastair called this 3D printer "nothing more than ground-breaking when it comes to features and price, blending robust performance, excellent print quality, accuracy, a quad filament option and a beautifully designed touchscreen interface."
While we haven't tested the P1S, this deal price is so good, I'm including it anyway. This 3D printer includes a built-in camera for remote monitoring during prints and supports up to 16-color printing with AMS.
