An overclocked GTX 470 has the edge over the Matrix HD 5870 in older titles, but can't quite keep up when DX11 is thrown into the mix.

More pertinent, though, is the fact that Zotac's card is already at the limit of its abilities, while the Matrix is just starting out. In either case, the performance benefit over a standard speed card isn't quite worth the extra cash.
