Major Nelson (a.k.a. Larry Hryb) announced in a blog post that starting next week, select US retailers will start offering the deal.
Hryb didn't detail what retailers will honor the bundled promotion, but we imagine it will be the usual suspects like Best Buy and Walmart. Until then, we've got our fingers crossed the deal will extend to Titanfall, as was the case in the UK.
The Xbox One we need
The Xbox One started off this console cycle with perhaps not quite the start Microsoft had hoped. Sales numbers since launch have put the rival PS4 ahead, but it seems Microsoft is ready to pull out all the stops to put its box on top.
The Xbox One is also starting to finally mature into a better working console. An upcoming software update will make the analog thumbsticks more precise along with adding support for 5.1 Dolby Digital sound and 50Hz output on the console.
Additionally the update will tweak the Xbox One for better social implementation with faster access to your friends list with chat audio turned on by default.
