Good Points

Push e-mail, windows OS, looks like an absolute dream, very good build quality, can play lots of media file types, decent camera

Bad Points

Battery life is appauling almost to point of not being able to use it regularly.

Good Points

The i320 is great, it has made life so much easier. I love having access to my email at all times.

Bad Points

The battery life is a little short but Samsung have overcome it by providing two batteries, so it doesn't cause any problems.
