The Rezound features an 8MP rear camera, and a front camera capable of 2MP shots. The rear camera is continuous-focus, although you can tap to lock in on certain areas of the frame.
The f/2.2, 28mm wide-angle lens captures decent shots. Like all phone cams, it works best in bright sunlight, although there's also a dual-LED flash that can help in certain low-light situations.
The camera is decent, and offers a full compliment of features including geotagging, face detection, and image adjustments.
There's also an effects panel that offers 13 stylized filters—everything from old-time vignette effects to a "Dots" style that offers a pixelated take on your shots.
