Good Points

The phone has some very good and easy to use functions, and the ability to have email on the move and keep in contact with other colleagues and friends with Yahoo is fantastic. The built in satnat is also very good and works well.

Bad Points

However the ability to synchronise with Apple-Mac is very poor, the software included with the phone is only for PC and there is not currently a sync software for mac that can be downloaded that truly works as you would expect. Given that more people are switching to Mac and that is rated as the best computer system on the market and the Blackberry is also know to be the best PDA phone on the market I find it hard to beleive that I must be the only person to be disapointed with that. But apart from that and the limited battery life the phone is fantastic as a stand alone product
