A significant update that opens up new opportunities for this entry-level database

Bento is Leopard-only, and this is because it’s had to wait for the ability, in this latest OS, to access Address Book and iCal information natively, courtesy of public APIs.

FileMaker started life on the Mac and the company is still a subsidiary of Apple. For all that, the PC version of the product is a mature and well featured database, fully adjusted to the PC way of doing things
