Good Points

The remote work well. The instructions for setting it up and performing subsequent changes are excellent. The wireless remote was also very good - it delivers a strong IR signal to devices which are not be reachable from where you're sitting.

Bad Points

It's expensive, especially combined with the wireless remote. As with any all-in-one remote, handling multiple systems with a single switch on/off button is a bit problematic as some systems can miss the IR signal. Some of the Sky remote features, such as INFO, do not map easily onto the Harmony as you have to be on the relevant display page to see the button.
