Good Points

I love this product. It's small, easy to transport. Keyboard is a great size and even husband with big fingers can use with ease. The software is good, net access is quick and easy. The battery just lives on and on. I highly recommend this product.....its lovely and beats my old big clunky laptop anyday of the week.

Bad Points

The only thing I have negative to say about this is that the mouse pad is ultra sensitive and if your hand hovers over it too long the mouse will move to somewhere random on the page which can be annoying when typing long emails or something.

Good Points

Light, resonable performance and good battery life: when it was working it was a good machine. However it didn't work for very long before the operating system crashed for no obvious reason -

Bad Points

The Windows operating system crashed within 2 weeks of purchase and refused to boot up. No recovery disc is supplied with the machine and the inbuilt system recovery software did not function. We are now awaiting a recovery disk from Sumsung techncial support. In the meantime the netbook is unusable. While we appreciate that software probelm can arise the menaufacturers should provide a more reliable and effective means of system recovery. We have since discovered through research on web commuities that this is a common problem with these and other Samsung netbook machines.
