Sony A200 scored:
9.1 out of 10
Price and is very easy to use with some good short cuts to change the shooting settings.
The Kit lens old model it is ok but I have upgraded to another lens. Maybe soon Sony may replace it. But for the price of the camera and lens well worth it.
Lots: On camera image stabilisation and Dynamic Range Optimiser both work great. Very ergonomically designed, just feels "right" in the hand. Great image quality.
No liveview, not a problem 95% of the time, but really handy for inaccessible shots. Bracketing only allows .3 or .7 stops and 3 shots, wouldve been nice to be able to set your own bracket and number of shots, but this is only a problem when trying HDR. Would prefer remote shutter to be infrared and not wired. Cant believe a company as big as Sony haven't got drivers or software for 64 bit Vista or XP. . But these are just small niggles, and I love the A200, the Pros far outweigh the Cons, and for the price you won't find a better camera.
