Good Points

I can throw a wide range of audio/visual devices and sound encodings at it and it can handle them with ease. The sound quality is top notch. There is a lot of satisfation of being able to plug my Media Centre PC to the receiver via HDMI and getting 7.1 surround sound and 1040p picture quality!

Bad Points

The remote control and menu interface is very complicated to get used to, though it's generally because of all the features available to you. Once you have read the manual a few times, you can set up your preferred default settings for each device and not have to worry about the menu system.

Good Points

Very easy to set up with automatic calibration. Good remote control, easy to use. Many different sound settings. Awesome sound

Bad Points

No night setting unlike my previous Yamaha. Only 1 HDMI output, could do with another to supply TV and a Projector. Had to buy a separate HDMI switcher.
