NIce idea, good form factor, would be perfect if it wasn't for the software flaw

Stops recording whenever there is a drop in the video input (which is typical of the sources that you may be atempting to transfer, like old video tapes), so ultimately useless. Anyone attempting to record 1/2 hour of creaky old video ends up with many small segments AND you have to note when it stops recording to press the record button again (by which time you've missed 5-10 seconds of video). Hopeless.
