Good Points

picture, sound, communication with my Panasonic TV, USB (I like playing avi movies and MP3 files on it, with really good picture and sound quality). After 2 months no problem at all. Made in Slovakia not China (Really good build quality). Will play all HD audio formats.

Bad Points

None at this price point.

Excelent build quality. Does what it says it can do. Upgrading easily obtainable.

Bad Points

Slow to start, but I understand this is the `norm for all blue ray players.
