This is, without doubt, one of the most desirable PMPs it's been my pleasure to stroke. It's oh so sleek, beautifully designed and every interaction you have with it is satisfying - well, mostly.
The key feature, aside from the quite lovely 3.5-inch display, is the device's WiFi capabilities. So long as you have an available connection and the security access then you've got the web in the palm of your hand.
The iPod's touch screen allows you to move the web pages around, open separate pages and zoom, but it's the accelerometer sensor that impresses the most. Tilt the touch to landscape aspect and the screen follows suit, which makes it far easier to read pages on the impressive touch screen.
The capacity is a bit of an issue though, at £200 for 8GB, compared to the standard 2.5-inch iPod Classic which is available for £250 with 160GB it seems a bit meagre for the price. There are no expansion slots either so you're stuck.
This all means that if there's no WiFi access available then you've just spent £200 on a high maintenance, low capacity PMP. The calculator's nice though and works offline...
