Good range of items for an excellent price. You do run the risk of getting things that don't fit quite right. Ordering the maximum USB ports your board can carry? Don't be surprised if you apprently get 2 free - which are not actually connected to anything.

Want a "quiet" case - get a table cloth to cover it up with then because all options seem to have lots of glowing and flashing bits.

The main problem I have had with these people is actually getting them to talk to me.

I had what I would normally consider an easy to fix issue - if only they had bothered to contact me when I put in a support call (OK - so calls - I get very annoyed when I have to wait more than a week for customer SERVICE to get back to me).

I have now (after more than a month) asked for my money back - I do not consider they have upheld their end of the agreement with me (this is not the first irritation, just the latest in a long list of completely not serious issues!)

It was interesting to see that their immediate response - rather than trying to placate an irate customer was to email me a stock response (3 times) stating that there was no way I was getting my money back.

If only they had answered an email or a phone call occasionally (45 minutes is the longest I held on for - I ran out of credit after that) I could still be a happy customer.

I am DESPERATE to go back to Dell now!
