After overcoming its early stock shortages for the PS4 console, Sony is now at a point where it can give the next-gen console away for free – to people who buy an eligible Sony TV, that is.
Customers looking to pick up a new TV for the FIFA World Cup this year should definitely consider Sony's 'Score Twice' offer.
Anyone picking up an approved TV between now and June 29, which includes most of the new range unveiled at CES 2014, will be able to claim one of 9,000 PS4 consoles via redemption.
With a few new 4K models, including the Bravia X9 4K TV, it seems like as good a reason as any to update to the new format, despite the ongoing lack of 4K content.
