iPhone 6S 16GB | $0 upfront | 24 months | 2GB | Unlimited Calls & Texts | $77.09pm
This is the best deal out there if you're on a tight budget. The cheapest plan we found for those on a budget is the AT&T plan at $76.67 per month all in. But as it's on a 30 month contract and is much more expensive in the long run so we can't recommend it to you. The Sprint deal is less than $1 a month more but it's only over 24 months.

The best iPhone 6S deals on T-Mobile:

iPhone 6S 16GB | £0 upfront | 24 months | 2GB | Unlimited Calls & Texts | $77.09pm
The T-Mobile Simple Choice Plans are great as they all include Binge On and Music Freedom - stream unlimited music and video from the likes of Netflix, HBO NOW, Hulu, and others for FREE without using your high speed data. This means you might not need as much of a data allowance which is good because they don't have a huge range of plans! You will need to pay $20 for a new Sim Kit when purchasing the phone as well!

Family plans at T-Mobile:

T-mobile say that they don't have an access fee. In reality it feels like this is just bundled into the standard plan fee. The plans above are only for single lines adding an extra line to a plan starts at $30pm for the 2GB plan and then increases with the plans e.g. $35 with the 6GBP making it $110pm + any phone costs (+taxes!).

AT AND T

The best iPhone 6S deals at AT&T

iPhone 6S 16GB | $15 upfront | 30 months | 2GB | Unlimited Calls & Texts | $76.67pm
AT&T Might not have an unlimited plan but their basic 2GB plan is the lowest around but with a 30 month contract this means it will be more expensive overall. At $76.67 per month its our budget pick, but in the long run you're better off with Sprints slightly more expensive plan. especially when you take into consideration AT&Ts $15 activation fee.
