'Genuine' iPhone 4G pictures leak out

Snapped in a grimy warehouse - that has to be real, right?

Look everyone - it's the iPhone 4G!

New 'photos' of the iPhone 4G have supposedly leaked out via an internet forum.

We say supposedly as we really can't believe that these are real - not least because the phone is called an iPhone 4G, which we really don't think will be Jobs' moniker of choice come April.

But the sheer graft gone into creating the range of images is magnificent - we're seeing docks, different colour chassis - heck, the 'spy shot grabbers' have even designed new internal packaging.

Spec-less

As you can imagine, there's no specs to go along with this very-likely-made-up photoshoot (which is authentically set up in some dodgy warehouse - realistic).

iPhone 4g

But hey, we love to see people trying - and it at least adds credence to the notion that the next iPhone will come in a range of colours.

And we're fully prepared to massively apologise to the Spazio Cellulare forum if it turns out this photoshoot was bang on the money - just don't hold your breath.

9. @ romi.

only slightly off topic, but to answer the question, it would cost twice as much as a PS3 and the games would be full price twice as long as any other format. It would have plenty of apps though....yawn.

8. Apple would make a few more billion if they released a games console. As Apple do it better, what would Apple games console be like?

5. This is fake, and after a bit of easy reasearch i found a website which provides backplates for virtual car photography. The dumb thing is, whoever made this left the company's website at the bottom of the picture which is quite easy to trace back, and therefore making this an obvious 'shopped picture. here's the link for the image he used http://www.hdri-locations.com/hdrilocations/0089/hdri0089_wide_04_48mm.jpg

hope it helps :D

4. The lack of EXIF info doesn't mean it's fake, people often strip that so that they cannot be traced. If someone was to fake this they could easily add it to a 'shop in any case.

That said this looks like a mock-up & who cares anyway. We all know the next iPhone will be much the same, probably a slightly bigger screen, but thinner it's not really rocket science.

2. Yes, I`m convinced this is real. Why would there be camera info in the properties? Parsnip soup.....dingos....

1. It has to be fake

take a look at the properties of the picture, there is no camera make or phone cam model or anything whatsoever denoting it was taken with a camera, unless it was an extremely cheap and naff one.
