Apple's long-awaited miniature version of the iPhone, combining the functionality of the 3G beast with an iPod Nano, has surfaced in China.

Well, not really Apple's version, given that it's a blatant knock off, but it still shows that people will lap up anything that's remotely Apple/iPhone related.

As you can see from the pictures, the tiny phone is just a miniature version of the legitimate big brother, but with a 2.4-inch display (but one that supports stylus input... something for Apple to consider if they're thinking about bringing this one out).

Spec'ed down

It's also got dual-band GSM connectivity and dual SIM support (which is a big hit over in Asia) as well as a VGA camera, so it looks like these knock-off artists have slimmed down the phone's specs as well.

Oh, and it only comes with Chinese language support... so if your Mandarin isn't up to speed then you may just want to wait for the proper version to hit. If it ever does.
