3. I am REALLY hoping that the antidote to these 'weapons' is to wear a tin foil hat.

2. wow! almost as cool as the microwave gun that stimulates peoples ear bones into hearing what you want them to hear.
also liking the ironic test targets - placards preaching 'peace, not war'!!! the US need weapons against those peace loving hippies!!
