Has nobody around TechRadar Towers tried downloading *anything* on VM between 4pm and 9pm?
For many the network struggles to render webpages and, if you are lucky enough to manage a complete download, the chances are your connection speed will be capped for the next five hours!

So much for providing an "unlimited service"!
