It's even better than you've (mis)quoted - the 8gb can apparently hold *both* Star Wars Trilogies (of course necessitating the removal of Jar Jar!) AND The Matrix Trilogy.
Of course, if you've got SW1-3 and Matrix 2-3 on your sandisk, then you're a complete cretin who should never be allowed to watch movies anyway :P

1. First I thought "Jar Jar isn't in the original trilogy and surely no tech journalist is that stupid", so I looked for the original press release:
