Microsoft will show a 3D camera for the Xbox 360 at the upcoming E3 Expo.
According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, the new device would allow for the development of Wii-style games for the 360, without requiring players to wield plastic tennis rackets or waggle handsets.
The camera is based on Z-Cam technology developed by 3DV systems, a company which Microsoft recently acquired .
