Today's round up is brought to you by a very grumpy news team. Someone has stolen the base to our cordless kettle, thus denying us of any tea or coffee, unless we want to drink it with hot water from the tap (we don't).
Water tastes bland, and even sending someone out for supplies was hopeless when we found that none of us had any money.
Ramblings aside, apparently we still wrote some news or something... we can't remember, it was all too sluggish and quiet.
Apparently some search engine somewhere that also does mail managed to get new skins or themes or something. It's so hard to care without tea. And it's going to be opened up for third party outfits if people want them... we didn't really understand what that meant. OH! Skins for Googlemail! Now we get it.
Oh, and you remember those men from the 70's? The ones that walked funny and bought that parrot that turned out to be dead? Well, they've got their own YouTube channel to see their sketches for free. Whoo, bet they all had coffee.
Other things apparently happened in the world of tech, but we can't be bothered to tell you about the... Ow! Stop hitting me! Stop it! OK, here are the rest of the really exciting things that were in no way ruined by a lack of caffeine:
We reviewed the BlackBerry Storm, which has some people all excited apparently. A touchscreen handset? That sounds familiar... oh, but you can push the screen on this one. That's different. (God, some coffee would be good).
Tea rhymes with Lively... something that Google isn't anymore as it's shut the Lively 'Second-Life-a-like' service down. Though as it was only in beta (weirdly) can it really be shut down? Who knows.
Nokia makes phones. We can all agree on that. Something you should never do with your mobile though is phone the local coffee shop, pretend to be famous and ask for some lattes to be sent to your trailer / office for free. They get pretty angry. And we doubt you'd be doing it on the 5800 XpressMusic, as it's been given a huge price hike in Spain.
(Please, we want to go and eat coffee beans... please, can we go? No?)
More news for you! 10 digital photo frames for Christmas! (Please.) First look at Intel's dual-socket Nehalem EP! (We'll pay you). How to track your family tree with cheap DNA tests! (For the love of all that is good and pure, WE NEED CAFFEINE!)
YAY! We found a tenner under the desk! See YOU later! (While you wait for us to get back, all happy and full of beans, here's a few more tidbits to keep you going:
